This page summarises how Pillarium Technologies handles personal and client information in connection with our website and products. It is provided for information and does not form part of any contract.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide directly through our contact and demo request forms — such as your name, work email, organisation, role and enquiry details — together with basic technical information generated when you use our website.

How we use information

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, arrange product walkthroughs, provide requested documentation and communicate about our products. We do not sell personal information.

Client and deal material

Documents and analysis processed within Pillarium Intelligence are treated as confidential client material. They are held within the client's workspace, used to deliver the service, and are not reused across clients.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained only as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were provided or as required by applicable law. Client workspace retention is configurable and can be aligned to your policy.

Confidentiality and security

We apply access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and activity logging as described on our Security page. Those descriptions represent our design principles and are not a claim of independent certification.

Your requests

You may ask us to access, correct or delete information you have provided, or to stop contacting you. Requests can be submitted through our contact page.

Questions about this page can be sent through our contact page.
